Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, Safethex does not provide refunds for completed payments. Merchants are responsible for handling refund requests directly with their customers.
Our services are delivered digitally via API access, dashboard tools, and integrations. No physical products are shipped. Access begins once registration and verification are complete.
